🤖 Prism Coder: Cognitive Architecture with a Mind Palace

The direction of this project is highly academic and hardcore. It attempts to build a HIPAA-hardened cognitive architecture for AI agents, referred to as a "Mind Palace." The system combines on-device LLMs, Hebbian learning, ACT-R spreading activation, and persistent memory. This is not another standard tool-calling framework; it tries to simulate more complex multi-agent mental models and cognitive processes locally.
