Last Updated: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AeroLogis (“AeroLogis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and protects personal information when you access or use aerologis.us and any related websites, software, AI tools, account features, paid plans, and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). The Service may include a suite of AI tools, including but not limited to video link analysis, subtitle extraction, highlight generation, summaries, notes, translation, content assistance, and other AI-assisted features.

AeroLogis is operated by the AeroLogis team. For legal, privacy, and service-related inquiries, you may contact us at [email protected].

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by AeroLogis in connection with the Service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment pages, authentication providers, AI model providers, cloud providers, video platforms, or other third-party services that are not controlled by AeroLogis. Those third parties may process your information under their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information that you directly provide, including:

  • Account information: such as your email address, display name, username, account identifier, authentication status, account preferences, and plan status.
  • Profile information: such as avatar images and other profile information you choose to add to your account.
  • User content: such as prompts, text, video links, subtitles, highlights, notes, summaries, generated content, saved outputs, project data, and other materials you submit, create, process, or save through the Service.
  • Support and communication information: such as messages, screenshots, diagnostic information, feedback, bug reports, and contact details you provide when you contact us.

2.2 Avatar Images

If you upload an image as your avatar, we may store and process that image to display your profile within the Service. You may change or remove your avatar through your account settings where available.

2.3 AI Tools, Video Links, and Video-Related Processing

AeroLogis provides a suite of AI tools. Some tools may allow you to submit video links so that the Service can help you obtain or generate information such as subtitles, highlights, summaries, notes, or other analysis. Video-related tools are only one category of the Service and do not limit the scope of other AI tools that AeroLogis may provide now or in the future.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service, we do not store the source video file itself. We may temporarily process the video link, metadata, transcript, subtitle data, highlight data, generated outputs, and related technical information as necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, enforce usage limits, or comply with law. If you choose to save generated results in your account, we may store those saved results until you delete them or your account is deleted, subject to this Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit video links and process the related content through the Service.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

  • Device and browser information: such as device type, browser type, operating system, language settings, screen size, and general device configuration.
  • Log information: such as IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, feature usage, error logs, request metadata, and system events.
  • Security information: such as authentication events, session information, abnormal access attempts, abuse signals, rate-limit events, and fraud-prevention signals.
  • Cookie and local storage information: as described in Section 8 below.

2.5 Information from Third-Party Login Providers

If you sign in using a third-party account, such as Google, we may receive information that the provider makes available to us with your authorization, such as:

  • your email address;
  • your name or display name;
  • your profile image;
  • your provider account identifier; and
  • authentication status information.

We use this information to create, authenticate, secure, and manage your AeroLogis account.

2.6 Billing and Subscription Information from Lemon Squeezy

AeroLogis uses Lemon Squeezy as a merchant of record and payment-related service provider for paid subscriptions, orders, checkout, tax calculation, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks.

When you purchase a paid plan or other paid product, your checkout and payment information may be processed by Lemon Squeezy. We may receive limited order and subscription information from Lemon Squeezy, such as:

AeroLogis does not collect or store your full credit card number, card security code, or complete payment credentials.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Service: including account creation, authentication, profile display, AI-assisted processing, video-link analysis, subtitle/highlight generation, summaries, notes, translation, content assistance, subscription access, and customer support.

  • To communicate with you: including service notices, security alerts, account messages, support replies, legal notices, and changes to our policies.
  • To comply with legal obligations: including tax, accounting, consumer protection, sanctions, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and valid legal requests.

We do not use your private user content to train our own AI models unless you give us permission, the content has been anonymized or aggregated so it no longer identifies you, or another lawful basis applies under applicable law.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data protection laws require us to identify a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide the Service, manage your account, process your requests, and deliver paid features.
  • Consent: where you have given consent, such as for optional cookies, certain marketing communications, or other optional features where consent is required.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, analyze, improve, and protect the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with laws, regulations, tax requirements, accounting rules, legal processes, and government requests.
  • Protection of rights and safety: to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of AeroLogis, users, third parties, and the public.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information in the following circumstances.

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate, secure, host, maintain, and improve the Service. These may include:

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and applicable law.

5.2 AI Model and API Providers

When you use AI-assisted features, we may send relevant prompts, video links, text, subtitle data, generated context, and other necessary user content to AI model/API providers so they can process your request and return outputs. The exact provider may depend on the feature, region, model availability, performance, cost, or technical configuration.

5.3 Lemon Squeezy

Payment, subscription, tax, invoice, refund, and chargeback information may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record or payment-related service provider. Lemon Squeezy may process certain information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy and buyer terms.

5.4 Legal, Safety, and Compliance

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • enforce our Terms of Service or other policies;

If AeroLogis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.

6. International Data Transfers

AeroLogis is an online service operated from mainland China and may be accessed globally. Your information may be processed or stored in countries or regions other than where you live, including mainland China and the locations where our infrastructure providers, Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, Google, AI API providers, and other service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures to protect international transfers of personal information, such as using contractual safeguards, limiting the information transferred, implementing security measures, obtaining consent where legally required, conducting necessary assessments, or relying on other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain your account, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, comply with law, and meet tax, accounting, or audit requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information:

  • account information is generally retained while your account remains active;
  • avatar images are retained while used by your account unless you remove or replace them;
  • saved outputs, subtitles, highlights, notes, summaries, and project data may be retained while saved in your account;
  • temporary processing data, such as video-link processing metadata, may be retained only as needed to provide the requested feature, troubleshoot errors, enforce limits, secure the Service, or comply with law;
  • billing, subscription, invoice, tax, refund, and chargeback records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance;
  • security logs, abuse-prevention records, and diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited period unless a longer period is needed for investigation, security, compliance, or dispute resolution;
  • deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted according to backup and disaster-recovery cycles.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. When we no longer need personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise process it in accordance with applicable law and our operational requirements.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • remember preferences such as language or interface settings;
  • secure the Service;
  • understand usage and performance;
  • debug errors;
  • prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • improve the Service.

Some cookies are necessary for the Service to function. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies. You may manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.

9. Information Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication controls, logging, monitoring, backups, and security review processes.

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access or receive a copy of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request data portability;
  • opt out of certain marketing communications;
  • complain to a data protection authority or regulator.

You may exercise these rights by using available account settings or contacting us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some requests may be limited by applicable law, security requirements, technical limitations, or our need to retain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10.1 Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under regional privacy laws.

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions: you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
  • California and similar U.S. state laws: where applicable, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of personal information. We do not sell personal information as the term “sell” is commonly understood.
  • Mainland China and similar jurisdictions: where applicable, you may have rights to know, decide, restrict or refuse processing, access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, request explanation of processing rules, and exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

We will respond to applicable privacy requests in accordance with the laws that apply to your request.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at [email protected] or using any account deletion feature we make available.

Account deletion may permanently remove access to your account, saved content, subscription settings, generated outputs, and other data associated with your account. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including billing records, security logs, fraud-prevention records, legal records, and backup copies for a limited period.

Deleting your AeroLogis account does not automatically cancel payment obligations that are managed separately by Lemon Squeezy unless cancellation is completed through the proper subscription management flow.

12. Children and Minors

The Service is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13.

If you are under 13, you must not create an account or use the Service unless we provide a legally compliant parental consent process and your parent or legal guardian has completed that process. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

In some jurisdictions, additional protections apply to minors. For example, certain laws may require parental or guardian consent for users under 14, under 16, or another age threshold. Where such laws apply, you and your parent or guardian are responsible for complying with those requirements, and we may apply additional restrictions or consent requirements.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information or obtain appropriate consent where legally permitted.

Parents or guardians may contact us at [email protected] to request review or deletion of a minor’s personal information.

13. AI Outputs and Personal Information

AeroLogis may generate outputs using AI models and automated systems. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular purpose. If you believe an output contains inaccurate personal information about you, you may contact us at [email protected], and we will review the request in accordance with applicable law and technical feasibility.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above, posting a notice on the Service, sending an email, or using another reasonable method where required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
