Terms of Service

AeroLogis Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Last Updated: April 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aerologis.us and any related websites, software, AI tools, account features, paid plans, and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”). The Service may include a suite of AI tools, including but not limited to video link analysis, subtitle extraction, highlight generation, summaries, notes, translation, content assistance, and other AI-assisted features.

The Service is operated by the AeroLogis team (“AeroLogis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For legal, privacy, and service-related inquiries, you may contact us at [email protected].

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, submitting content, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. The Service

AeroLogis provides software, website features, content, AI tools, account functionality, paid plans, and related digital services. The Service may include a suite of AI tools for different use cases. Video link analysis, subtitle extraction, highlight generation, summaries, and notes are examples of available or planned features and do not limit the scope of other tools that AeroLogis may provide now or in the future.

The exact features available to you may depend on your plan, account status, region, technical availability, usage limits, and our current product configuration.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to avoid materially reducing core paid features during an active paid subscription period without reasonable notice, except where changes are necessary for security, legal compliance, technical reasons, abuse prevention, third-party provider changes, or other operational needs.

2. Eligibility

The Service is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13.

You may use the Service only if:

  • you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law, whichever is higher;
  • if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
  • you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws; and
  • all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you and that entity.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may need an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current account information;
  • maintain the security of your login credentials;
  • promptly update your account information if it changes;
  • notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and
  • accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account except as expressly permitted by AeroLogis.

We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or require additional verification where necessary to protect the Service, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • upload, submit, generate, transmit, or store illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content;
  • use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, scams, unauthorized surveillance, or cyber abuse;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, systems, networks, or data;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service;
  • bypass usage limits, security controls, access controls, rate limits, payment restrictions, or billing restrictions;
  • use automated scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, data extraction, or similar methods without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by AeroLogis;
  • use the Service to develop a competing product through unauthorized copying of features, interfaces, workflows, or outputs;
  • submit video links or content that you do not have the right to process through the Service;
  • use the Service to bypass digital rights management, access controls, paywalls, or platform restrictions; or
  • use the Service in a way that harms AeroLogis, other users, third parties, or the public.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where appropriate.

5. User Content

“User Content” means any content, data, text, prompts, video links, avatar images, subtitles, highlights, notes, summaries, files, materials, or information that you upload, submit, create, generate, store, or process through the Service.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to AeroLogis.

You grant AeroLogis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and use your User Content only as necessary to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support the Service;
  • process your requests and generate outputs;
  • display your avatar and profile information where applicable;
  • troubleshoot errors, debug technical issues, and provide customer support;
  • enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and protect the Service;
  • comply with applicable law.

AeroLogis does not claim ownership of your private User Content. The license above exists so that we can technically and legally provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to submit your User Content and to grant the license described above.

6. AI Tools, Video Links, Subtitles, and Highlights

The Service may include multiple AI tools. Some tools may allow you to submit video links so that AI-assisted features can help extract or generate subtitles, highlights, summaries, notes, or related information. Video-related tools are only one category of the Service.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service, AeroLogis does not store the source video file itself. We may temporarily process the video link, metadata, transcript, subtitle data, highlight data, generated outputs, and related technical information as necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, enforce usage limits, or comply with law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have the right to access and process the video or related content;
  • your use complies with the terms of the relevant video platform or content provider;
  • your use does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • you do not use the Service to circumvent access restrictions, digital rights management, paywalls, or technical protection measures.

AeroLogis does not guarantee that video-link processing will work for every platform, video, region, format, language, or access condition.

7. AI Outputs

The Service may generate subtitles, highlights, summaries, notes, recommendations, translations, or other outputs using AI models and automated systems (“Outputs”).

You understand and agree that:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended purpose;
  • Outputs may not preserve the full meaning, context, tone, or nuance of source materials;
  • Outputs should be reviewed by you before use or publication;
  • Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, academic, safety, or other professional advice;
  • you are responsible for evaluating Outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.

You must not rely on Outputs for high-risk decisions, including decisions involving safety, legal rights, financial outcomes, medical treatment, employment, housing, credit, education, criminal justice, or other areas where inaccurate outputs could cause material harm.

As between you and AeroLogis, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, AeroLogis does not claim ownership of Outputs generated specifically for you through the Service. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights, you may use those Outputs for personal or commercial purposes.

The ownership, copyrightability, and permitted use of AI-generated Outputs may vary by jurisdiction and by the materials used to generate them. Outputs based on third-party content, video links, transcripts, or source materials may remain subject to the rights, licenses, and terms of the relevant third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Outputs complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.

AeroLogis retains all rights in the Service itself, including our software, systems, models, prompts, workflows, interfaces, templates, documentation, branding, and other materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or AeroLogis intellectual property to you.

8. Third-Party Services and Providers

The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, DNS/CDN/security providers, authentication providers, payment providers, AI model/API providers, video platforms, analytics providers, and support tools.

These may include Tencent Cloud, Cloudflare, Google, Lemon Squeezy, Gemini, Doubao, and other service providers.

Third-party services are not controlled by AeroLogis. They may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, rate limits, content rules, and technical restrictions. AeroLogis is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, third-party outages, or changes made by third-party providers.

9. Paid Plans, Billing, and Merchant of Record

AeroLogis may offer paid subscriptions, usage packages, credits, or other paid digital products.

AeroLogis uses Lemon Squeezy as a merchant of record and payment-related service provider. This means that checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks may be handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your purchase may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms, privacy policy, and payment policies.

AeroLogis does not store your full credit card number, card security code, or complete payment credentials.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep your payment information up to date where required. Taxes, fees, exchange rates, and payment method charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

10. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through the subscription management flow we provide, the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, account settings, or another method we make available. Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

After cancellation, your paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout, required by law, or handled differently by Lemon Squeezy.

Failure to use the Service during a paid period does not entitle you to a refund.

11. No-Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase a paid plan, usage package, credit package, or other digital product, you agree that AeroLogis may provide access to the relevant digital service immediately after payment is completed. Where applicable law allows users to waive or lose a withdrawal, cooling-off, or cancellation right after immediate digital access begins, you acknowledge that such access may begin immediately.

This means that, unless applicable law requires otherwise:

  • we do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid;
  • we do not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period;
  • we do not provide refunds for unused credits, usage packages, or digital products;
  • cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse previous charges.

AeroLogis may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds or credits in exceptional cases, but doing so in one case does not create a right to a refund in any other case.

Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, invoices, and payment disputes may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms and policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] or use the support channel provided by Lemon Squeezy before initiating a chargeback, where practical.

Chargebacks and payment disputes may be handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own buyer terms and payment policies. We may suspend or terminate access to paid features where a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, charged back, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully completed.

13. Usage Limits, Credits, and Fair Use

The Service may include plan-based usage limits, rate limits, credits, concurrency limits, storage limits, file limits, video-link processing limits, or model access restrictions.

We may enforce, modify, or adjust usage limits to protect the Service, manage costs, comply with third-party provider restrictions, prevent abuse, or maintain service quality.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused credits, usage allowances, or plan benefits may expire at the end of the applicable billing period and have no cash value.

14. Intellectual Property

AeroLogis and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, code, interfaces, workflows, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, templates, and other materials, except for User Content and third-party materials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AeroLogis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

15. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or recommendations about the Service, you grant AeroLogis a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

This does not give AeroLogis ownership of your User Content.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

17. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

The Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, abuse prevention, third-party provider failures, network issues, model provider limitations, video platform restrictions, security incidents, legal requirements, or events beyond our control.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms or other applicable policies;
  • you create legal risk or possible harm for AeroLogis, users, or third parties;
  • your use creates security, abuse, fraud, or operational risk;
  • payment is not successfully completed, is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back;
  • we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider; or
  • we discontinue the Service or relevant feature.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute provisions, and any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and Outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

AeroLogis disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Service will meet your requirements;
  • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • Outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your needs;
  • video-link processing will work for every source, format, language, region, or platform;
  • defects or errors will be corrected;
  • third-party services will remain available or unchanged.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroLogis and its team members, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, business opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroLogis’s total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to AeroLogis for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AeroLogis and its team members, contractors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your User Content;
  • your video links or processing of third-party content;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your violation or alleged violation of third-party rights.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For this purpose, the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan do not apply, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the place where the operator of AeroLogis is established, unless applicable consumer protection laws require another venue or dispute-resolution mechanism.

Payment, refund, chargeback, tax, and invoice disputes handled by Lemon Squeezy may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms, payment policies, and dispute procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above, posting a notice on the Service, sending an email, or using another reasonable method where required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
