🤖 AIWG: Cognitive Architecture for AI-Augmented Development

AIWG attempts to define a "cognitive architecture" for AI-augmented software development. It is not a standalone coding assistant, but rather a framework designed to coordinate specialized agents and structured workflows. The project aims to be compatible with or integrate alongside current mainstream AI development tools like Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf. It is essentially exploring a multi-agent collaboration model, where different AI roles handle various stages of the software development lifecycle. While the project is still in its early stages of visibility, the idea of building a unified orchestration layer on top of fragmented AI coding tools reflects a growing developer desire for higher-level automated workflows.
