🤖 Ouroboros: Self-Evolving Agent OS

This is not another standard task executor — Ouroboros positions itself as an Agent OS focused on self-improvement within a controlled environment. It introduces staged evaluations and a budgeted evolution loop to help agents get smarter on their own. The interesting part is its strict success contracts: grading commands and expected results are kept hidden from the agent. Acting as an MCP server, it supports 13 different runtimes, including Claude Code and Codex CLI. Isolating evaluation from execution makes this an interesting approach to autonomous agent evolution.
