🤖 JobSync: Open-Source AI Career Assistant

This is a self-hosted, open-source job application tracker combined with an AI career assistant. In short, it tries to automate the tedious process of job hunting while keeping your personal data private. It goes beyond a simple Kanban board for tracking applications by integrating AI-driven resume reviews, job matching, and task logging. The direction here is highly practical, as job hunting is essentially a project management task. Bringing AI into a personal ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to analyze how well a resume fits a specific role is much more efficient than maintaining a spreadsheet. For developers currently on the job market, spinning up a local instance to manage their search journey makes a lot of sense.
